Supplying your Artwork

Follow the guidelines below to get the best print for your project.

MICROSOFT DOCUMENTS

Sphere UK accepts the files below however we advise all files to be saved as a .pdf.  This ensures what you see on screen is printed, different versions of Microsoft packages can cause small anomalies.

All files will be converted to .pdf however an additional £5+VAT will be charged for this service.

PDF FILES

Artwork in most cases should be supplied as a print ready pdf, and depending on the size of the item resolution set to 300dpi.

When saving your file(s) please follow the guidelines below.

  • Save for "Commercial Printing"

  • Resolution is set to 300dpi

  • Embed all fonts

illustrator

ILLUSTRATOR

Illustrator file(s) must:

  • Include all embedded images

  • Convert all text to outlines

  • Save file as .eps

photoshop

PHOTOSHOP

Photoshop file(s) must be saved with:

  • Resolution set to 300dpi

  • As a high resolution TIFF or JPEG image

  • Your artwork is designed in the actual size you wish to print
